Guarani Distillery wants you to enjoy the site to the fullest, using the content and services without worrying. Though, there are some conditions. By agreeing upon them, feel free  to use all the site has to offer.

 

 

 

Terms of Use of  Distillery Guarani  portal

 

 

1. LEGAL NOTICE AND ACCEPTANCE

Notice that regulates the use of the Internet portal service www.alambiqueguarani.com.br, that Alambique Costa Rica de Guarani  Ltda-  (hereinafter Distillery Guarani), with corporate headquarters in Guarani, Minas Gerais, CNPJ 14.818.857/0001-28, offers Internet users.

The use of the website is strictly prohibited for people under 18 and implies the express acceptance, fully and without reserve all items in this notice.

 

 

2. OBJECT

This portal aims to provide its users access to various services and content provided by Distillery Guarani or third parties.

 

 

3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

The provision of services by Distillery Guarani is, as a rule, free of charge for users of the portal. However, some of them are charged in the forms and values determined in this site.

 

3.1 Of Registry and Portal Use

As a rule, the provision of services does not require prior subscription or registration of users. However,  Distilleryl Guarani limits the use of some services to  User's prior record, which is fully responsible for the accuracy of information provided to Distillery Guarani and must permanently update them using the portal in accordance with Brazilian legislation, moral and good manners, under penalty of civil and criminal lawsuit for any violation of law or of this notice.

 

3.2 Of restrictions

To the Portal User is expressly prohibited (a) reproduce, copy, distribute, allow public access, transform and / or modify any of the site content without permission of the copyright holder, (b) remove, manipulate or any way alter the "copyright" and other rights of identification data of Distillery Guarani or its holders, as well as technical protection devices, digital marks or any information mechanisms that may contain the prepared content on the site; (c) obtaining data with advertising purposes and send advertising of any kind with the purpose of sale or any other that might have commercial nature without prior authorization; (d) sending unsolicited messages or previously consented; (e) sending unauthorized email messages chains; (f) use distribution lists, which can be accessed through the portal and services, to carry out the activities described in the above items; (g) make available to third parties, for any purpose, data captured from distribution lists.

Sole Paragraph - the user  or third parties harmed by receiving unwanted and unsolicited messages may make his complaint by informing Distillery Guarani through sac@alambiqueguarani.com.br email.

 

3.3 Introductions of "hyperlinks".

It is forbidden to those who establish a hyperlink between their web page and this website: (i) the reproduction of this website in any form; (ii) the creation of frame on the pages of this portal; (iii) the demonstrations or false, inaccurate or incorrect on Distillery Guarani, its officers, employees, web pages of this website and its services; (iv) allocating any responsibility to Distillery Guarani about the services offered or made available on this web page in which the Hyperlink is established; (v) state in any form, except for the signals that are part of the Hyperlink, any trademark, trade name, logo, slogan, look andfeel or any other signs belonging to Distillery Guarani; (vi) serve any illegal content on the web page where the Hyperlink is established.

Sole Paragraph - Setting a Hyperlink does not imply, in any case, the existence of consent of Distillery Guarani with content or services arranged by the owner of the corresponding web page.

 

4. LICENSE

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind published on the website are the property of Distillery Guarani or third parties. Thus, access to the portal does not assign any rights to the users of such marks, names or signs.

 

 

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

5.1 The Alambique Costa Rica de Guarani Ltda- is not responsible for: (i) the unavailability of the website due to technical issues and or operational; (ii) the confidential, guard or security of information provided by the user to use the portal to services found there; (iii)  eventual emergence of viruses and or other harmful elements that may cause alterations in the computer system (software and hardware), electronic documents and files stored on the computer system of portal users; (iv) neither for the legality, reliability and usefulness of the information contained in the portal by users and or third parties, which are of the solely and exclusive responsibility  of whom may use it.

 

 

6. PROCEDURE IN CASE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

In the event that any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances which constitute unlawful activity, immoral or contrary to good morals, the use of content of the included web pages or accessible through the portal and, in particular, representing violation of rights of intellectual property or other rights, you must send a communication to Distillery  Guarani, stating:

(a) personal data: name, address, telephone number and email address of the claimant; (b) specification of the alleged illegal activity that occurred in the portal and in particular in the case of alleged copyright infringement, precise and full description of the allegedly protected content that was infringed; (c) facts or circumstances that reveal the illicit nature of such activity; (d) express and clear statement that the use of the content was carried out without the consent of the intellectual property rights holder.

All notifications and communications made by the user to Distillery Guarani must be addressed to the following email address: sac@alambiqueguarani.com.br, and those that are directed from Distillery Guarani to the portal user may be held and will be considered effective for all purposes when triggered by:

(a) mail letter to the user home when the latter has provided a valid address to Distillery Guarani (b) by e-mail to any of the addresses provided by User; (c) phone call to the number provided by the user; (d) messages from services provided by Distillery Guarani.

 

 

8. WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

Distillery Guarani reserves itself the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and / or services at any time and without notice, either by itself or by third parties requirement, to those  who violate any provision of this disclaimer.

 

 

9. DURATION AND TERMINATION

Provision of the service of this website and other services have an indefinite duration. To Distillery Guarani, however, is provided the termination, suspension or discontinuance at any time and without notice of the service provision of this website or any other service, subject to the provisions of this disclaimer.

This disclaimer is submitted to Brazilian laws.
